 American Chemical Solutions, LLC. has made major advances in product manufacturing and distribution handling. This is done for uniqueness, consistency, economy and total control of raw materials.  

To further maintain day-to-day and batch-to-batch product consistency, we examine all incoming raw materials and retain samples of each. We follow these chemicals through the manufacturing processes and sample each outgoing product. For ACS’s more critical and sophisticated processes, our research and customer service laboratories test and analyze each batch, certifying them before shipment.  

In addition to significant advances in manufacturing technology, we have also introduced a sophisticated, computerized order processing system that greatly reduces the potential for error. This system enables our customer service representatives to expedite your order in the most economical manner.  

The computer system automatically prints the order, simultaneously printing the shipping instructions, including special packaging, handling instructions and safety precautions. At the same time, the system notifies our production scheduling department of the order, allowing them to monitor inventory requirements. In short, the system helps ensure that your order will not become lost in a paper shuffle.
