Who We Are
American Chemical Solutions, LLC is a family-owned business that has been providing both green and non-green product solutions to our customers with nearly 20 years of experience.
We are a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, surfactants, chemical intermediates, polymer emulsions and lubricants. It is this feature, the chemistry know-how and manufacturing, that allows ACS. to control cost versus another company. The emphasis at ACS is chemical innovation and new technology.
Our plant located in Niles, Michigan features a 1,000-gallon tank stainless with overheads with a number of additional blending vessels, ranging in sizes from 55 to 330 gallons. Our office, lab and plant are computerized for tracking and information retrieval.
About Us
Services available to our customers include lab support for solution analysis and accelerated physical testing of panels and parts. In addition, system and process engineering services are available, including system design consultation and mechanical drawing, training seminars, and equipment to monitor, control, and maintain processes. All of these capabilities, in addition to basic research, processing and product development, are tailored by industry specialists to meet unique application requirements in many diverse fields.
